Mesa's Mountain Vista Medical Center will host several seminars in January that range in topics from heart health to feet health and more.

The first seminar will be noon to 1 p.m. Thursday. The topic is "Total Knee Replacement - the Latest Advances to Keep You on Your Feet." It will be held in classrooms at the medical center, 1301 S. Crismon Road.
Thursday also is the first in a series of arthritis exercise classes for seniors. The program will run 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursdays through Jan. 27.
