Banner Baywood Medical Center recently opened a Memory Clinic to provide assessments for people who are concerned about memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive impairment.
According to a news release, the Memory Clinic provides a consultation service that includes cognitive testing, diagnosis, treatment and guidance for adults who have problems with memory.
The clinic is located adjacent to Banner Baywood in a medical office building at 6553 E. Baywood Ave., Suite 212. Medicare and other health plans are accepted.
