PHOENIX - Lawyers are still working to seat a jury for the murder trial of serial shooter suspect Dale Hausner.
They moved into the second phase of jury selection Monday, asking small groups of potential jurors about their attitudes about the death penalty and other issues.
The Hausner case is expected to be especially difficult to try in Maricopa County because of the publicity it generated.
It's also going to take a lot of time. Hausner is accused of eight murders and 20 other attacks, and lawyers expect it will take nine months to argue the case.
Hausner has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His former roommate, Samuel Dieteman, is expected to testify against him during the trial.
