PHOENIX - A former top legislative aide who has been working for a health care company is Gov. Janet Brewer's pick to head the governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budget.
Eileen Klein held staff jobs in the Arizona House in the 1990s and earlier this decade.
She returns to state government from working for UnitedHealthCare and a UnitedHealthCare affiliate in Arizona.
