A blue Santa and Mesa Police officers help Liz Kelly and her children celebrate their first Christmas after husband and father Mark Kelly, a Mesa police officer, passed away earlier this year due to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) - otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.
