The high will be near 92 under sunny skies. The evening should bring a low around 66.
The average high temperature at this time of year is 94.
The Valley could surpass that Thursday with a high near 96. Friday could reach 99.
There are no triple digit predictions for the rest of the week. On average, the Valley hits 100 degrees on May 1, though the earliest has been March 26 and the latest, June 18.
The National Weather Service is predicting a hazardous weather outlook for Friday in parts of southwest Arizona, where winds could reach 40 mph. Combined with low humidity, there could be fire danger.
