Shape Up Arizona, a free wellness event, will be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 10 at Mesa Community College, 1833 W. Southern Ave.
The day will feature more than 60 exhibitors, plus visits from “The Biggest Loser’s” Sione and Filipe Fa, SpongeBob Square Pants and Dora the Explorer. Geared for children and their families, participants can listen to live music, join in a boot camp, meet Olympic mascots and watch hip hop dancers. There will be bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, give-a-ways, health and cooking demonstrations and more.
