What sets your company apart from other wellness programs?
We don’t just design the programs, but we manage them as well. By managing all the pieces of our wellness programs we make sure that we hold programs accountable for achievable results. One of the primary ways we manage our program is through measuring everything through surveys and risk assessments, which is important.
Why is measuring so important?
It’s important because it allows us to determine what is effective or ineffective in a company’s wellness program. We measure every form of communication. This allows for us to determine whether sending out an email is the best way to communicate to a company’s employees, or a Facebook page or some other form of social media. We also measure the population, the age of the employees, and demographics - these also help determine what kind of communication platform we should use.
What if the communication platform doesn't work?
If it doesn't work then we try something else. We are constantly tweaking and improving, because participation in a wellness program is key. The best way to improve a wellness program is by making sure that every action we take is measured. We want to be able to know what happened today, yesterday and three years out.
