AAA Arizona will offer its “Tipsy Tow” service for any Halloween celebrating this weekend. The service will be available 6 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday in the Valley. To use the service, drivers, passengers, party hosts, bartenders and/or restaurant managers should call (800) AAA-HELP (222-4357), state that they need a “Tipsy Tow,” and provide the driver’s name, home address, phone number and vehicle/driver location.
The service allows for a one-way ride for the driver, one passenger and their vehicle at no cost for up to 10 miles.
“Don’t make celebrating Halloween a real-life scary experience,” said Linda Gorman, director of communications and public affairs for AAA Arizona.

Anyone drinking and driving needs their license taken away. If you are immature enough to be that dumb as to use alcohol and drive, you are too immature to have a license. I've seen people become uncordinated with just one drink. As for those of you who blah-blah others to death with the reasoning of, "I can handle my alcohol", "I know when to stop", "It's none of your business", and my favorite, "DUI's are just the governments way of collecting more money", you would not be such a smart-mouth if a drunk driver killed your family, now would you?

Yeah, right, drinking alcohol and driving is legal. There are bars in every town. If you don't like it then outlaw alcohol and bars. People are nailed everyday for doing nothing more than making a wide turn and then, since they had a glass of wine or two they get nailed for DUI. Utter Bullllshitttt!! A way for the State to make money outside of taxation.

This program and taxis are the cheapest, 1000% effective insurance a besotted person can buy, even if it were to cost $50 per mile, it still would be the bargain of the century. Every time you use it, you get the full value of the cost and then some.

Heywood: there is nothing wrong with having a drink. If you are driving however, you should refrain from alcohol. Unless you're addicted to the stuff, I don't see why a human cannot go without a drink for a few hours. The idea that people are nailed for a glass of wine is simply an urban myth, ppropagated by the fools who think it's right to drink and drive. Please re-read my last sentence and answer the question for yourself.
