A lawsuit involving free speech on the Maricopa County Community College District’s campuses has been dismissed.
In December of last year, Ryan Arneson sued the district for inhibiting his right to free speech by restricting his access to the campus. Arneson wished to express his Christian beliefs in consensual, one-on-one discussions on the South Mountain Community College campus, his attorney said last year. He argued that charging fees, requiring an insurance payment and demanding a two-week advance notice was unconstitutional.
The lawsuit was dismissed by United States District Judge Neil Wake after a revision to the district’s solicitation policy went into effect in late March. Wake required the district to pay nearly $10,000 toward Arneson’s legal fees and $1 in nominal damages.

This confused man needs to re-evaluatie his priorities. To sue a school because he can't yap about a fairy tale and make the institution pay his attornies' fees is disgusting.
The only winner here is the cockroach lawyer who pocketed $10,000 for writing a letter and charging this appalling fee.
The attorney, judge and this gullible man should be incarcerated.

Funny they don't talk about the change to the policies that caused the dismissal.
And to the first commenter-Free Speech is a funny thing. You can spew about your "fairy tales" but not someone else you disagree with on a public campus?
Ah, yes. The tolerant left. Free Speech for all-unless we disagree with you.
