The "world's largest printed map," standing two stories tall and 34 feet wide, will be unveiled at Journey Maps' "3-in-1 Expo" Oct. 11 in Apache Junction.
In addition to the map, the event will include a business expo and "A Taste of Apache Junction" benefit for the Apache Junction Food Bank.
The event runs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Community Christian Church, 1150 W. Superstition Blvd. The map will be revealed at 5 p.m., and after the expo, it will travel to venues throughout the Valley.
The "3-in-1 Expo" is being sponsored by Journey Maps.
According to a news release, businesses from all over the area will be featured, and the event will include performers from the Renaissance Festival, as well as "some of the locals' best food."
Food will be given out for free this first year and a raffle will benefit the Apache Junction Food Bank. For more information, visit www.journeymapsexpo.com or call 480)688-4244.
