Intel announcement

John Pemberton, manager of the Intel plant in Chandler, presents Gov. Jan Brewer with a figurine decked out in a "clean room bunny suit" like those worn by company workers involved in computer chip production. Intel said it plans to invest between $6 billion and $8 billion to revamp and construct new facilities in Arizona and Oregon.
