Q: Besides the beachy vibe in downtown Gilbert, what do customers seem to like about SoCal?

A: We have about eight types of fresh fish tacos, and our number-one (seller) is the mahi mahi taco with mango salsa. Another one people really love — I call it our staple taco — is the cod.
