US Airways is defending its decision to allow the man wearing skimpy women's panties and high heels to fly days before a football player was arrested on a plane in California over a dispute over his saggy pants. The man flew six days before University of New Mexico football player Deshon Marman was arrested on a US Airways flight in San Francisco over allegations he refused to pull up his pants. A US Airways spokeswoman told the San Francisco Chronicle employees were right not to ask the man on the Phoenix flight to cover himself but declined to comment on Marman's arrest.
