Wheelchair bank robbery

A Hispanic male in his late 20s or early 30s used a wheelchair as part of his disguise Tuesday in order to rob a bank at 40th Street and Chandler Boulevard. He is about 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
