The sun may be rising and setting just a tad earlier these days, but the temps are as a high as ever. By now, you may be looking for a few fresh ideas to keep you active and indoors while we wait for the heatwave to finally break for fall.
Batting cages are one of my favorite ways to move my butt all year round. Truth be told (and I know you are shocked), I am leagues away from playing professional ball. That is why I am thankful there are cages that cater to beginners as well as seasoned players.
Unfortunately, outdoor centers are not an option in the heat, and so I thank the baseball gods for indoor cages to get my hitting fix.
