Mesa Community College’s Theatre Department stages “Dead Man’s Cell Phone,” an imaginative new comedy and Pulitzer Prize finalist for Best Play about a woman forced to confront her assumptions about mortality, redemption and the need to connect in a technology-obsessed world.
