The Phoenix Symphony and Rex Allen Jr. honor Arizona’s western legacy and artists like “Arizona Cowboy” Rex Allen with theme music from “Bonanza” and “High Noon” as well as Aaron Copland’s suite from “Billy the Kid,” among others.
