"Struck By Lightning" is definitely worth seeing! The cast is amazingly spot-on, with several stand-outs, such as Colfer, Wilson, Janney and Polly Bergen. Bergen may be playing an elderly Alzheimer's patient, but her character makes an impression. The pure drive and focus (and the biting sarcasm) of Colfer's Carson makes a perfect counterpoint to his mother (Alison Janney), whose lost and over-medicated mother just drifts through the past, with occasional forays to the present. The most important thing I got from this wonderful little film was renewed drive...and emotional exhaustion :)
