Who are these "happy customers" who have reduced their bills? I never turn my heat on in the winter, don't turn on my A/C until the end of June, and sit in the dark most of the time. Yet my bills keep climbing. Now I have a "free" smart meter and I heard my bill is going to go up again. "Not-so-happy" customer![angry]
