Out to Lunch Concerts kick off Thursday at Mesa Arts Center

Out to Lunch Concerts: Mesa Arts Center’s free weekly outdoor concerts start up for the spring with a live performance by Salt River Brass. Chairs, lawn seating and a food vendor are available; you’re welcome to bring your own seating and food.
