Mesa museum digs into prehistoric Arizona

Visitors can tour an area where archaeological digs have yielded stone axes and shells used for jewelry at the prehistoric site, Mesa Grande. The site is thought to have been a religious center for Hohokam people 1,000 years ago. MESA SOUTHWEST MUSEUM
