It’s a wacky but fun East Valley tradition for kids: Swimming with Santa.
Santa will swim with youngsters 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 27-29 in the heated wave pool at Kiwanis Recreation Center, 6111 S. All America Way, Tempe.
Mrs. Claus also appears at the annual event, leading games, handing out prizes and making sure kids get a treat of milk and cookies. The cost is $8 per kid age 13 and older, $6 for kids ages 2-12.
