Mesa’s Charlie LeSueur will speak about Western movie history and sign his book, “Riding The Hollywood Trail,” at Superstition Mountain Heritage Days.
LeSueur will speak 2:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, in the little white Elvis Memorial Chapel, a museum of movies that were filmed at the area’s old Apacheland Movie Ranch. He’ll share insights and firsthand knowledge of early cowboy film stars, singing cowboys and especially Arizona film cowboys.
LeSueur, who studied acting and has appeared in television shows and live theater productions over the years, has researched and interviewed cowboy stars of the big and small screen since 1991.
