Think of it as the ultimate guy’s day out. Fantasy Father’s Day, slated for Saturday, June 15, at Salt River Fields aims to give men the kind of experiences some of us can only daydream about.

“We give mom a spa day for Mother’s Day, but there really isn’t a place where the day is focused on dad. Fantasy Father’s Day is that event,” says stadium spokesman Aaron Studebaker in a release.

The day begins with a 9 a.m. breakfast, followed by activities starting at 10 a.m. And, oh, what activities they are.

Men will rotate in groups of 20 through virtual golf simulators; tours of the stadium’s locker rooms, workout facilities and other off-limits spaces; batting practice at home plate; helicopter rides around the stadium and surrounding area; and a driving course where they can take the wheel of a Lamborghini, Ferrari or Porsche.

There’s also a “Man Cave” stocked with casino games, air hockey tables, dartboards and sports coverage on big screen TVs.

Lunch, snacks and cocktails will be available all day, and guests can win tokens as they go. The guy with the most tokens will win a Talking Stick Resort "staycation," a $100 credit at a Talking Stick Resort restaurants and a foursome at Talking Stick Golf Club.

Fantasy Father’s Day is limited to 100 people. Tickets are $250 per person and include all food, beverages and activities.

To purchase tickets, call (480) 270-5000 or email Stephanie@SaltRiverFields.com. Pre-registration is required.

Father’s Day is Sunday, June 16.
