A teapot shared is a problem halved. All you need is tea — and warm socks. Tea is liquid wisdom.
If these are the kind of sentiments that hang on your kitchen walls or clutter your Pinterest boards, take note: Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art is hosting a traditional Japanese tea ceremony on Oct. 24.
Sign up, and you’ll get to see an intricate ritual where the greetings, gestures and movements of host and guests are carefully guided and explained by trained tea masters from the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix.
The tea will take place in a gallery where the exquisite works of seven contemporary Japanese artists are on display.
