Wondering what became of that New Year’s Resolution? Or just need a little motivation to stay on track?
The Arizona Health and Fitness Expo will feature an obstacle course, a fitness boot camp, a self-defense class, seminars led by health experts, and new fitness products and samples.
In addition, two mobile units will give free mammograms to the first 20 women and free prostate exams to the first 80 men, with insurance accepted for those who don’t receive the service for free.
The expo will take place noon to 7 p.m. Friday, March 22, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 23, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 24 at the Arizona State Fairgrounds, 1826 W. McDowell Road in Phoenix.
Tickets cost $5 per adult, but are available for half price online. Parking at the fairgrounds is $7 per vehicle.
