The Arizona Museum of Natural History in Mesa will host a special program to take students back into Arizona’s history.

Between 1 and 3 p.m. on Jan. 16, students can participate in the Blast from the Past: Arizona History Home School Day that offers educational experiences tied to the state’s history. Activities include storytelling, crafts, games and other educational presentations.

The event costs $2 for museum members and $6 for nonmembers, and the museum is located at 53 N. Macdonald Road. For more information, visit azmnh.org or contact Allison Stoltman at either (480) 644-3553 or by email at Alison.Stoltman@mesaaz.gov to register in advance.
