Bust out of your dining rut with this interesting offering: a Vietnamese Tasting Dinner at Cork in Chandler. The four-course lineup, scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 26, is full of Vietnamese influences with decadent touches.

On the menu: A first course of shaved sirloin pho, a second course of crab and shrimp spring roll, a choice of wagyu shaking beef, marinated mero or pork bún bò for the third course, and coconut tapioca with caramelized banana and candied ginger for dessert. The cost is $35 per person.

Additionally, a pork belly banh mi with pickled daikon, carrot, cucumber, jalapeño and cilantro on a baguette is available for $10. Optional wine pairing for 3 courses is $15 more.
