If you need a little shove to shake you from your dining-out rut, Fall Arizona Restaurant Week is it. And this time around, it arrives with some welcome additions in Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa.

About ten restaurants from our neck of the woods will participate in Arizona Restaurant Week, going on Sept. 21-29. That’s more than ever in the event’s six-year history.

Beaver Choice and The Patio at Las Sendas in Mesa will offer prix-fixe dinner menus for $30 and $40 per person during the event. So will Cork and Firebirds in Chandler and The Keg and Carrabba’s in Gilbert.

“When you think of Arizona food, you may think of tacos, burritos, menudo; but that’s not the whole story,” said Arizona Restaurant Association President and CEO Steve Chucri in a release. “There are so many different cuisines and foods available in Arizona beyond traditional Southwestern food.”

A full list of participating restaurants and menus is at ArizonaRestaurantWeek.com.
