Z’Tejas’ new Mango Upside Down Cake jumps on the current hot dessert bandwagon of palm-sized sweets using seasonal fruit. In the not-too-big dish, warm mango cake is finished with Myers Dark Rum butter and served with chilly mango sorbet.
It’s one of several new spring entrees (think sweet chile pork tenderloin, Southern chicken thighs and seafood paella) and cocktails on the menu through May 11.
