The masks, the beads, the feather boas ... is it the opportunity
to accessorize on Mardi Gras that turns everyday people into party
animals? Well, it couldn’t hurt, anyway.

Gras scene at Sugar Daddy’s in Scottsdale and Fat Tuesday in Tempe.
