Now here's the kind of summer school we can get behind: RA Sushi Bar Restaurant in Tempe is hosting a Sushi 101 class 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 24, where chefs will give students a crash course in the art of sushi rolling.
Included in the $35 workshop is hands-on rolling practice, a non-alcoholic beverage, miso soup, edamame, two maki (rolls), two pieces of nigiri, a sushi rolling mat to take home and a voucher good for complimentary lunch on a return visit.
