Gates open 11 a.m. Saturday, May 12, at SunSplash water park in Mesa.
New this season is The Revolution, a two-person raft slide. Riders on the slide plummet through a high-speed tunnel and are propelled multiple times around a massive bowl. The Revolution is scheduled to open May 19.
SunSplash will be open Saturdays and Sundays until Memorial Day. At that time, the park will be open daily throughout the summer. SunSplash is at 155 W. Hampton Ave. Tickets are $19.99-$27.99 per person. Children 2 and younger get in for $3.
