Squeaky-clean teen star Selena Gomez has been famous for a couple of years, but she’s only just gotten around to releasing her debut album, “Kiss & Tell.”
That’s because the 17-year-old has been in demand since she debuted on “Barney & Friends” at age 5. The star of the hit Disney Channel series “Wizards of Waverley Place” has appeared in movies and other TV shows for Disney and has loaned her voice to “Horton Hears a Who!” “101 Dalmatians,” “Another Cinderella Story” and “Tinker Bell.”
She is also set to play Beverly Cleary’s Beatrice Quimby in the upcoming film “Ramona and Beezus.” Gomez performs her own tunes with her band The Scene in an all-ages East Valley show.
