British musician Sting arrives Tuesday on his Back to Bass Tour, a celebration of his 25th year as a solo artist.

Though he's played ginormous arenas, this concert will showcase Sting, backed by a 5-piece band, in the more intimate setting of Comerica Theatre.

The musicians, including Sting's longtime guitarist Dominic Miller, will perform stripped-down hits spanning Sting's solo career, from his 1985 debut "The Dream Of The Blue Turtles" to his latest release, "Live in Berlin." They'll also do a selection of The Police's greatest hits.

DETAILS >> 8 p.m. Tuesday. Comerica Theatre, 400 W. Washington St., Phoenix. $51-$150. (602) 379-2888 or www.livenation.com.
