O, Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art we to get our renaissance fix after this weekend?
Time is running out to revel in the sights and sounds of the Arizona Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace.
The sprawling village based on a 16th-century European shire is chock-full of costumed lords, ladies, knaves, nobles, peasants and minstrels — as well as rides, shops, raucous stage shows, jousting knights and even live animals.
The 30-acre event wraps up at sundown Sunday, making it your last chance to swill mead, throw a tomato at a guy in a stock, and banter with the village fool until next year.
