The Red Rock Fine Art and Wine Festival will live up to its name with three days of live music, art demonstrations and wine tastings 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Sunday at Sedona Cultural Park.
More than 100 artists will display and demonstrate their art. Watch pots of oil or acrylics become abstract or landscape paintings. Glass art, metalwork or wood will be transformed into jewelry, furniture or sculpture.
The festival will also serve up culinary masterpieces. Wine tastings will include vintners from across the United States. In between, local and nationally recognized entertainers will perform.
Among the live acts: Gabriel Romo, strumming flamenco guitar; Cherokee Rose, playing American Indian ballads and New Age sounds; and Lynn Lynton, performing inspirational music for children and adults.
