OFFICIAL TITLE: Ordinance No. 5105 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona, proposing to amend Section 605 (A) of the Mesa City Charter to require the City Manager to provide the Five-Year Capital Program to the Council prior to the beginning of each fiscal year.
DESCRIPTIVE TITLE: Amend the Mesa City Charter to require the City Manager to provide the City Council with the Five-Year Capital Program prior to the start of the fiscal year instead of by March 1 of each year.
A “YES” vote shall have the effect of amending the City Charter to require the City Manager to provide the Five-Year Capital Program to the Council prior to the beginning of each fiscal year.
A “NO” vote shall have the effect of retaining the existing Charter provision requiring the City Manager to provide the Five-Year Capital Program to the Council by March 1 of each year.
