DESCRIPTIVE TITLE: Amend the Mesa City Charter to allow the City Council to set the dates for the commencement of the terms for the Mayor and the City Council.
A “YES” vote shall have the effect of amending the City Charter to allow the City Council to set dates for the commencement of terms for the Mayor and Council.
A “NO” vote shall have the effect of not allowing the City Council to set dates for the commencement of terms for the Mayor and Council.
