  Give us a break....Sandra Day O'Conner is the ....."ACLU POSTER WOMAN OF THE 20TH CENTURY".

  DECIDING VOTE ON;

  Gruther vs Bollinger = gave us the failed ..."AFFIRMATIVE ACTION" ...Program where the color of you skin gives you precedence or another "equally qualified" White man or woman. Socialism at it's worst.

  Planned Parenthood vs Casey = major ....Pro-Abortion Ruling.

  Hunt vs Cromartie = here we go again with another ....."skin color"..affirmative ruling using race and ethnicity to have precedence in drawing election district boundaries.

  Zaduvdas vs Davis = allow Aliens who came into America illegal to go free if their home country wouldn't take them back.

  Lee vs Weisman = no more School Prayers at Graduations or Assemblies because some minority religions, cults, beliefs might...just might be...."OFFENDED".

  Steberg vs Carham = States do not have the right to ban abortions.

  As for......CIVIL DISCOURSE.....Ms. O'Conner should watch the...."Ed Show"...the "Larry O'Donnell Show", the "Rachel Maddow Show"...or the "Chris Matthews Show".....on................MSNBC........so much for ...DEMOCRAT PARTY ..."CIVIL DISCOURSE".
