Open Studios- Hidden Treasures of the Santa Cruz Valley. Presented by Tubac Center of the Arts. Santa Cruz is the poorest county in Arizona with high unemployment. Artists depend on visitors to thrive. This wonderful event features dozens of the areas finest local artists who are opening their studios to the public for two consecutive weekends.. It is wonderful getaway for everyone in Phoenix to go from studiio to studio to get an unprecedented look at a variety of artwork..
