Blazin' K9s Flyball Team will be hosting the 4^th Annual Wags & Kisses Flyball Tournament on the weekend of February 16-17, 2013 at Nozomi Park, 250 S. Kyrene Rd, Chandler, Arizona, 85244 (202 Santan Freeway & Kyrene Rd).  The tournament runs all day both days from 8:00am until approximately 5:00pm. 

Blazin’ K9s is a Chandler based flyball team.  Flyball is a dog sport in which two teams of four dogs each run a relay race on a course measuring 51 feet. The dogs jump four hurdles and steps on a spring loaded box that shoots out a tennis ball. The dog catches the tennis ball and then runs back over the 4 hurdles. When the dog crosses the starting line the next dog goes. The first team to have all 4 dogs run without errors wins the heat.  The world record for all 4 dogs to do the course is 14.931 seconds.  

Flyball is a family friendly sport and the public is welcome to come and watch the racing at no cost.  Leashed dogs are welcome. 

There will be several vendors onsite including Burgers Amore food truck, Malinda’s Pampered Pets, Antlerz 4 Dogs and Snowie Sno Cones. We will also be holding a raffle as a team fundraiser.
