$350.00...three hundred and fifty dollars..............three hundred and fifty dollars...are they kidding ?????

Most "tax-paying" Arizonians don't have $350 in savings anymore. In this day and age...during a recession/depression when "most" people are out of work or just barely scrapping by.......Folks...I am almost...almost...at a loss for words.
