Even though all schools starting at the same time sounds good and reasonable at first, it is not a feasible option for busing purposes. The reason why start and end times are staggered across a district is to use the fewest buses and drivers as possible and to service all schools...they can't do that if they all start at the same time. More drivers would have to be hired and more busses would have to be purchased...not to mention all of the extra gas used. Again, sounds good at first, but it isn't a feasible idea.
