Some Valley residents may have received phone calls over the weekend that contained the incorrect information about polling places for Election Day.

The Arizona Advocacy Network said in a press release that reports say some voters may have received the robocalls from Republican Jeff Flake's U.S. Senate campaign.

"I was very upset and very angry," said Scottsdale resident Greg Jones who received one of the robocalls in question. "I came to the conclusion it was intentional because they called a house full of Democrats."

A spokesperson for the Flake campaign told ABC15 only five people out of 120,000 robocalls complained. The spokesperson says Democrats are only making a big deal of the calls because Flake is leading in the polls.

The Arizona Democratic Party sent a letter to the FBI asking that a federal investigation be launched.

"Unfortunately, Congressman Flake refuses to step up and take ownership of this huge mistake," said Rep. Steve Gallardo of Phoenix. "This is disenfranchising thousands of voters."

If you received incorrect information or want further clarification on correct polling places for Tuesday's election and to report incidents like this, call 866-OUR VOTE (866-687-8683) or 888- VE Y VOTA (888-839-8682).

The phone lines are dedicated to helping American voters through the voting process and are provided by the Election Protection Coalition.

Terrible article!!! No response from Flake or explanation why the wrong polling places. Obviously a biased article against Flake. Most of the problems were voter registration with old addresses or old polling places.

Vote for Jeff Flake an honest conservative. Carmona is a liberal tax and spend democrat.

If people are dumb enough to fall for something like this, they shouldn't be voting in the first place.

chatmandu002 unintentionally hit the nail on the head this time:

    "No response from Flake"

No response to a serious allegation of voter fraud. FROM A REPUBLICAN??
    Vote the Flake out!
