Arguments set in appeal over Arizona day labor rules

  No question about it. People seeking day labor positions should register with a temp help agency. They can also walk down the street visiting businesses asking if they need any help.

  But, approaching vehicles at stop signs is a traffic hazard and intimidating to many women. Some may even feel threatened.

  Gathering in the parking lots of Home Depot and Lowe's and other places should also be forbidden.

  There are many companies whose business is providing temporary day labor.
  They should register with them.

  If they don't have documents -- they SHOULD GO HOME.

  This is a traffic safety issue, not an immigration one.

  But hey, if they want to block MY traffic, they will become speed bumps. ;)

  [tongue_smile]how do the left/pro illegal groups find this issue a "free speach violation." if any person can claim that bothering people who are driving, a clear safety issue, as free speach then anyone could just run around in the streets/highways and nothing could be done about it legally. this issue is moot, stop wastng the tax payer money!!i [thumbup]
