The Arizona Department of Transportation says it has run out of energy-efficiency license plates. The agency's Motor Vehicle Division began offering the 2,500 plates Sept. 13 on a first-come, first-served basis.
ADOT says those who had a qualifying hybrid vehicle and submitted their application before the 2,500 limit was reached can expect to receive the energy efficient vehicle license plate within 15 business days.

This is really inspiring license plate bracket as it deals with the campaign on fairness and mobility of vehicles out there. Hope this would not only be available in Arizona but in the whole world. as such, it's a good thing to heard that despite of those issues faced by the automotive industry, they are still doing moves to come up with the right and appropriate one.
