Scottsdale-based Greenbrier Southwest Corp., Cottonwood Properties of Tucson and Ritz-Carlton said Thursday they will develop the 850-acre Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in northwest Tucson.

The $500 million development includes a 250-room resort hotel and spa, 36-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and The Residences, a Ritz-Carlton branded residential community.
