Doesn't Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery have any REAL criminals to hunt down?

You know real criminals like robbers and rapists who hurt people.

Not harmless pot smokers who commit a victimless crime that doesn't hurt anybody!!!!

On the other hand I guess it is a lot easier and safer to find and arrest people that commit the victimless crime of smoking marijuana then it is to hunt down real and dangerous criminals like robbers and rapists.

TempeTown ... you got one thing wrong. You label pot smokers as committing a victimless crime --- it is NOT a crime at all if you have your Arizona Medical Marijuana Card.

And, despite what many people claim, it isn't all that easy to get one.
You have to have medical records that prove you have a certain condition on the list.
You can't just walk into a place that has MMJ and buy a card.
You have to jump through all the restrictive hoops the DHS put up.
Aridzona has, probably, the strictest qualifications of any state that has approved MMJ.
